CECD portfolio revision - project scope: plant nursery
| Resumo: | This project presents a project scope analysis of the Plant Nursery business unit of CECD –Centro de Educação para o Cidadão com Deficiência. This research was conducted through a preliminary diagnostic on the organization relying on primary data such as interviews and client information through annual reports, and financial statements. Additionally, secondary data was used from industry reports and articles to develop two different business cases for land optimization, one to improve the Plant Nursery’s key activity and the other regarding the emerging market of Cannabidiol industry. The study concludes with recommendations to improve the Plant Nursery’s financial sustainability. |
