| Resumo: | This investment committee paper consists of an investment proposal for a leveraged buyout on BA Glass, one of the largest European manufacturers of glass packaging for the food and beverage sectors, with international presence and an extensive portfolio. The project was elaborated by students from the Master’s in Finance at Nova SBE which is intended to be used for academic purposes only. The group sought to determine how to best structure an LBO acquisition of BA Glass and what returns it may deliver. Afterwards, a deep dive into the financial modeling of BA Glass is made. |
