Investigação sociológica precária no Portugal democrático
| Resumo: | Este texto parte de uma contextualização sociohistórica das transformações no sector do ensino superior e da ciência durante o período democrático em Portugal, para refletir sobre as origens e a expansão da precariedade no trabalho académico. A análise empírica caracteriza o exercício precarizado da profissão sociológica nas organizações deste sector. Revelam-se singularidades desta área científica e impactos transversais da precariedade que impedem um exercício pleno da sociologia. Nos 50 anos do 25 de abril, “Paz, pão, habitação, saúde e educação” permanecem por cumprir integralmente. || This text starts with a socio-historical contextualisation of the transformations in the higher education and science sector during the democratic period in Portugal to reflect on the origins and expansion of precariousness in academic work. The empirical analysis scrutinizes the precarization of the sociological profession in organizations of this sector. This study reveals singularities of this scientific area and cross-cutting impacts of precariousness that hinder the full exercise of sociology. On the 50th anniversary of the 25th of April, “Peace, bread, housing, health and education” remain unfulfilled. |
