| Resumo: | This thesis investigates the multifaceted landscape of Active Labor Market Policies in Cape Verde, a developing country facing unique challenges. The first part of this project, called “Group Part” was developed in collaboration with three other people, that explored three different topics. Here I will be elaborating on the topic that considers that the high levels of informality can constitute a challenge to reaching high levels of dignified working conditions, that the Government of Cape Verde is working for. |
