Disruptive technologies to help banks build a sustainable competitive advantage - learn from the past and industry 4.0 perspective
| Resumo: | Fourth in dustrial revolution is a challenge, as well as, an opportunity for humanity to define the future in the medium and long term. Stakeholders must develop strategies to tackle the upcoming challenges, define income distribution and life in society. Previous revolutions can be used to better understand the effects of Industry 4.0. Forth coming changes are made possible by advanced technologies. Jobs have been digitalized and require more technological, cognitive and mental skills. Ultimately, it is important to realize the disruptive technologies’ potential in each industry to digest how to smooth the transition and the required investment in education and training. |
