Success factors of implementing generative ai in the German banking industry
| Resumo: | Generative AI is transforming industries by automating tasks, enhancing decision-making, and driving innovation. While many studies examine AI success factors, limited research focuses on GenAI in the German banking sector. This thesis constructs a framework of success factors through literature review and expert interviews, which span across technological, organizational and environmental dimensions. The findings offer a strategic roadmap for banks to enhance Generative AI integration and utilization, highlighting the need for ongoing adaptation to keep pace with rapid technological advancements. |
