From origin to opportunity: redefining market entry for peruvian superfoods in Europe

Resumo:This project examines the potential of supplying the Portuguese market with Peruvian superfoods from the Andes, applying the Lean Startup methodology to guide the process. It addresses key areas such as product-market fit, import logistics, regulatory frameworks, and go-to-market strategy. The research is grounded in real-world data, including expert interviews, competitor analysis, and financial planning. Centered on the existing Peruvian brand “Huella Verde,” the project aims to identify a selection of high-potential products and assess the feasibility of scaling them in Portugal, focusing on initial market entry and short-term validation.
