Business model validation of an industrial predictive quality solution in cooperation with layer7 Ai
| Resumo: | Due to advances in the digitisation of production processes companies are faced with large amounts of data. This enables technologies such as AI to be deployed in the industrial context. Predictive quality is enabling companies to predict quality variation and find root-causes for it. This work project supported Layer7 AI with making predictive quality available to industrial companies by validating assumptions regarding their business model and product design. By conducting a competitor analysis and interviewing potential customers and experts form different industries, formed assumptions concerning customer problems, their infrastructure and possible product design were validated. This work concludes that there is an opportunity for Layer7 AI for developing a first product and then iterating it with their customers. |
