Development of a Talent Management Platform at BI4ALL: Business Intelligence approach for Human Resource Management
| Resumo: | In an era dominated by technology, companies must prioritize enhancing their competitiveness. To stay up to date with technological advancements, organizations should incorporate modern analytic tools into their Business Management Strategies, with Business Intelligence and Business Analytics. Business Intelligence is highlighted as a crucial instrument integrating business and technology considerations, providing valuable insights to decision-makers. In the evolving domain of Human Resources, the impact of information technology is emphasized, with Business Intelligence playing a pivotal role in automating tasks, simplifying processes, and improving data analysis for enhanced decision-making. The project, undertaken in collaboration with NOVA Business Intelligence & Analytics Lab and BI4ALL, aims to address these challenges by proposing a Talent Management Platform for BI4ALL's HR Department. This platform, rooted in Business Intelligence concepts and techniques, seeks to empower HR professionals in analyzing employee data and accelerating technological solutions within the HR Department. The expected outcome includes the implementation of a centralized Data Visualization solution in Power BI, providing comprehensive access to information about BI4ALL's employees and facilitating the management of HR processes within the company. |
