Esports strategic plan: expanding G.D. Estoril Praia’s eSports branch
| Resumo: | This report presents a strategic plan to expand the eSports branch of Estoril Praia, aiming to position the team as a force in the European eSports landscape. Based on market analysis, one eSport was chosen for expansion, after which a business plan covering team management, content creation, and sponsorships was outlined to ensure the project’s success. Furthermore, a financial analysis was conducted. Additionally, the report explores limitations, exit strategies, and financing approaches. Based on this analysis, we recommend implementing the strategies outlined in this plan. We believe the Estoril Praia eSports branchcan grow sustainably and contribute to Estoril Praia’s success. |
