The agent lifetime value-a performance evaluation through segmentation

Resumo:The current work project aims to understand how, within an insurance company, the agent value is obtained, using data analytics techniques to divide and analyse the different profiles of different types of agents. The main question within the project is driven by the need of understanding what stands for a good agent, and which aspects that should be considered to carry out this analysis. The segmentation and classification performed will provide insights regarding the importance of the agent location, correspondent commitment and the total and type of prizes sold by an agent in its value for Ageas.
