Prostate involvement in granulomatosis with polyangiitis: response to rituximab treatment
| Resumo: | Granulomatosis with polyangiitis is an autoimmune vasculitic condition strongly associated with anti-neutrophil cytoplasm antibodies. It classically affects the respiratory tract and the kidney, but it can manifest in a multitude of other organs. Urological involvement is uncommon and can be difficult to diagnose.
