Prostate involvement in granulomatosis with polyangiitis: response to rituximab treatment

Resumo:Granulomatosis with polyangiitis is an autoimmune vasculitic condition strongly associated with anti-neutrophil cytoplasm antibodies. It classically affects the respiratory tract and the kidney, but it can manifest in a multitude of other organs. Urological involvement is uncommon and can be difficult to diagnose. We present two cases of GPA with prostatic involvement, with distinct clinical manifestations. Both cases responded well to treatment with rituximab
