Summary:Posterior Reversible Encephalopathy Syndrome (PRES) is a clinical and radiologic entity characterized by seizure, headaches, visual symptoms and mental status changes associated with a predominantly posterior leucoencephalopathy. The authors report a case of a primigravida with an eclampsia and imagiological findings consistent with PRES.
