Current guidelines in peritoneal dialysis - Part II
| Resumo: | A successful peritoneal dialysis program depends on knowledge of the current recommendations and on evidence-based practice guidelines. In this second article, we review the dialysis prescription and the nutritional and cardiovascular management of peritoneal dialysis patients in the light of the existing guidelines advocated by different international societies. |
