Resumo:Pachydermodactylyis is a rare form of fibromatosis affecting the lateral aspects of the first phalanges of the hands. Although idiopathic by definition, frequently a repetitive mechanical trauma is identifiable as its cause. The authors describe two case reports of this condition.
