Emergency planning of civil protection in Portugal
| Resumo: | With the introduction in 2008 of new legislative changes within the framework of technical standards and criteria for the development and operation of emergency plans for civil protection, conceptualizes up a new paradigm for emergency planning, a new national strategy. Based on analysis of technical, operational managers, former managers and researchers involved in the process, draws up a set of variables aimed at an analysis reflective and reflexive about the process of implementing the "2nd generation" of contingency plans to protect civil. |
