Conceptual basis of science of risks in the geography: a brief discussion
| Resumo: | The main purpose of this article is to contribute to a theoretical and conceptual discussion about the notion of risk and vulnerability, notably the establishment of a geography of the risks and vulnerabilities of social and environmental issues. To this end, this is a reviewing of some major theoretical and methodological principles of science on the risks and vulnerabilities, contributing alternative operationalization of these concepts. |
