Tensão e Conflito. Uma reflexão Hermenêutica, no contexto das relações sociais
| Resumo: | As tensões e os conflitos, em contexto social, incluindo as relações entre polícias e cidadãos, motivam a uma reflexão hermenêutica, a partir de um arco teórico fundamental, constituído por Gadamer e Ricoeur. A tradição, revela-nos um humano, sempre carente de relação, sujeito à problemática da sobrevivência e do desenvolvimento. Todavia, as divergências de sustentação cultural, social, política, ideológica, religiosa ou filosófica, podem impeli-lo a optar pela unilateralidade, pela competição ou combate com o outro. Dominar pelo poder, independentemente do risco circular de problemas, violências, guerras, pode tornar-se em objetivo. Não obstante, face aos problemas da saúde, segurança, justiça, ambiente, entre outros, que ameaçam a existência global, mas também, face a problemas aparentemente menos significativos, um humano educado, preparado, e, sobretudo, responsável; tem, a oportunidade de saber, que a via do poder, se esgota na sua própria impossibilidade de garantir o bem-comum. Assim, a maior das necessidades do humano, é hoje, a de assumir-se na responsabilidade, individual e coletiva, de ir sendo capaz de compreender, de pensar e de agir, no seio de um processo epistemológico, mas também ontológico, realizado com o outro, por via da expressão, da linguagem e do diálogo; - Tension and conflict. A Hermeneutic reflection in the context of social relations - Abstract: Social tensions and conflicts, including those between police officers and citizens, give origin to an hermeneutical reflection, in a theorical arch of Gadamer and Ricoeur basis. Looking back, the Human subject is always in need of relationships, especially when against the problematics of survival and development. However, the differences in cultural, social, political, religious and philosophical values may lead it to choose seclusion and later competition with the other. Domination through power becomes a goal, regardless of the circular risk of violence it’s going to instigate. Nevertheless, if lacking health care, safety, justice and other problems that threaten global well-being, an educated, prepared and above-all responsible human being, should know that the path to power implodes in its own impossibility. Thus, nowadays, the most fundamental of human needs is to embrace itself in individual and collective responsibility of comprehending, thinking and acting in an epistemological but also ontological environment. All whilst working with its peers through expression, speech and dialogue. |
