O tribunal do júri no ordenamento jurídico português: uma abordagem na perspectiva da psicologia

Resumo:	Desde a década de 60 que a psicologia se tem interessado pelos processos que caracterizam a tomada de decisão judicial. Com este trabalho procura-se realizar uma abordagem introdutória ao estudo psicossocial do tribunal do júri no sistema legal português. também se procurará salientar a importância e a necessidade de realizar investigações nesta área para poder posteriormente comparar a realidade portuguesa com as investigações realizadas cnoutros sistemas jurídicos. Since the 60s, psychology has interested in those processes that characterize judicial decision-making. The aim of this work is to make a brief approach to the psychosocial study of jury court from portuguese legal system. We also try to point out the importance and the need to make an effort to develop studies in this area for comparing the results with those developed in other justice systems.
