Manifestações extra-glandulares do síndrome de Sjögren primário - doença linfoproliferativa e vasculite : clínica, diagnóstico, tratamento e prognóstico : Caso clínico e revisão bibliográfica
| Resumo: | Sjögren's syndrome is the second most common autoimmune rheumatic disease, more common in women. Its etiology appears to be multifactorial, where genetic, environmental and hormonal factors appear to play a role. Its pathophysiology is based on chronic lesions of the exocrine glands, lesions that can extend and manifest systemically. The most common manifestations include glandular xerophthalmia and xerostomia, and extraglandular manifestations include respiratory, nephrologic, musculoskeletal, skin, endocrine, astrointestinal and neurological manifestations. The most common manifestation is arthralgia (60 %). The diagnostic criteria increasingly focus on systemic manifestations and laboratory findings rather than glandular manifestations. The treatment of this syndrome includes therapeutic measures directed at symptoms and disease control therapy. This paper reports the case of a patient whose first manifestation of the disease was vasculitis, a relatively common clinical manifestation and further in this work. The main complication of this disease is the hematologic malignancy, motivating its review, particularly trying to understand the main clinical and laboratory risk factors in patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome. |
