Segurança alimentar - potencialidade dos recursos na Guiné-Bissau e política alimentar
| Resumo: | In the first part of the present work, the importance of the study for the economic development of the country is described. Also the main and specific objectives are defined such as the main hypothesis for analysis. In the second part, we present a characterization of the economic situation of the country, through the analysis of its potentiality of resource, also the policy model of food security traced and followed after independence was described. Besides a theoretical boarding of the concept of food security was described. In the third part, the research process is described, through the main hypotheses defined from the traced objectives. Also in this part, the statistical data is presented from which we can identify a weak contribution of the productive system agrarian to cover the food needs. Also, the strategies and food security policy implemented after independence and its impacts in the country are presented. The results of the inquiries are also presented and discussed and its analyses to identify locate and characterize the more vulnerable, regions and families, in terms of access to the services and goods are presented. In the end, the contribution of the local products and its importance to food security are demonstrated taking account it’s add values in the nutritional point of view. Finally, the conclusions and final considerations of the work are presented. |
