Autodeterminação e regulação da motivação extrínseca

Resumo:This report aims to critically describe and analyze the Introduction to Professional Practice IV of the disciplines of Theoretical and Practical Principles of Photography and Digital and Studio Photography of the Educational and Training Course of Potography, developed in the Vialonga Group of Schools, during the school year, as part of the supervised teaching practice. After a theoretical background on the motivation and self-determination theories, it is present the characterization of the school and its offerings so that it is contextualized the landscape of the professional practice. Following, there is a broader analysis of the strategies of the plan developed with the students of the Photography course to develop their self-determination and, also, the regulation of their extrinsic motivation in its various levels. This process is developed throughout the school year, although this report focuses more on the sub-unit of photography techniques, execution and composition of photography, were it was performed the supervised teaching practice. It also presents an analysis of the strategies developed within and outside the classroom to increase the self-determination, motivation and extrinsic motivation regulation of the Photography students
