Resumo:Effective membership and registration systems play a pivotal role in the gymnastics field, serving as the backbone for clubs and organizations to efficiently manage their operations, prioritize training and coaching activities, and seamlessly handle administrative tasks. This report presents a detailed overview of Acro Companion’s workflow, web architecture, and technology stack, offering a comprehensive description of its existing membership and registration system. It pinpoints existing limitations and delineates the underlying objectives motivating the restructuring of the system. Beyond that, this report provides an in-depth discussion of the changes implemented. These changes encompass not only the development of new functionalities but also the restructuring and improvement of existing ones. Finally, in this report, some improvements are proposed to further optimize the system. All of this, with the aim of optimizing the system to deliver better experiences, specifically, in the world of gymnastics.
