O factor tubário : cirurgia versus FIV
| Resumo: | Infertility is considered to be a public health issue by the World Health Organization (WHO) and tubal factor infertility is one of the most common causes representing 25 to 35% of all female infertility factors.Treatment of tubal disease is challenging and complex and it requires an accurate and complete diagnosis. For this type of infertility treatment options are surgery, IVF or both. The main question is to know which option is the best for each woman. This review aims to focus on this question of treatment options regarding pregnancy rates of both surgery and IFV, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each one. |
