Viticultura de precisão: utilização da detecção remota no estudo da variabilidade espacial do vigor, produção e qualidade, castas Syrah e Touriga Franca
| Resumo: | In order to evaluate the possibilities of using remote sensing in the identification and management of spatial variability of a vineyard, we present the results of a test of precision viticulture installed in two plots was one of Touriga Franca and other caste Syrah, located in the northern region of the Tagus. Based on data of vegetation index NDVI (normalized difference vegetation index) obtained by digital aerial photography on a flight out to the painter, and agronomic data collected from a sample of vines were obtained linares regressions between NDVI values and the values of leaf area, weight of pruning wood, production, weight and quality of the grapes must. The results showed that significant differences in terms of the parameters of the canopy, yield, vigor and quality of wines made between classes and grapes varieties. Segmentation allowed to obtain significantly higher values in the probable alcohol, total acidity, anthocyanins, color intensity and total phenols of the grape harvest in the class of lower NDVI, corresponding to the lowest force of vines. |
