Isoenzymatic variability in populations of the genus plagiochila in Portugal and Madeira
| Resumo: | This study is the first approach to study interspecific as well as intraspecific variability in Plagiochila from Portugal and Madeira using isoenzyme analysis. Twenty populations of Plagiochila from several sites in Portugal and Madeira Laurissilva forest were investigated. The results were obtained by poliacrilamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). |
