Mobilidade urbana partilhada e sustentável na cidade de Lisboa : redesign das docas do serviço GIRA - Bicicletas de Lisboa

Resumo:This desertion pretends to study and understand how the cycling mobility works, the shared and the individual mobility, and which way the city of Lisbon is ready to introduce this type of mobility and if it can be made at this city. It will be made a comparison of the case of Lisbon with other cities of Europe the way to understand what level of comparison you are at. Besides that, it will be made an analysis more directed to bike share case of study into cities of Europe and at various cities of Portugal. It also will be made a more detailed analysis to the case of study of the service GIRA - bicycles of Lisbon, which will be the principal focus of this thesis. All this analysis will end on a final project which will present a proposal for improvement of the docks of the service GIRA - bicycles of Lisbon. Sustainable urban mobility has been a major focus in recent years. This is due to a big concern about climate change that are caused by human activity pollution. This pollution at cities, is majority caused by the excessive use of individual vehicles powered by diesel and gasoline. To try to manage this increasing of the global warm, caused by human activity, at cities, there was made various investments to improve the public transportation mobility and make it more accessible. And the government promote the use of zero CO2 vehicles producer. Into transportation mobility we can find micromobility that since the years of 2000 has been introduced at city to provide more comfort in the use of this type of mobility. Micromobility can be divided between pedestrian practice and cycling (bicycling and scooters)
