Mapping sustainable consumption : motivational factors and risk perception in the portuguese FMCG sector

Resumo:The United Nations emphasize sustainable consumption as one of the Goals for Sustainable Development. The dissertation explores what motivates consumers and what risks they face when purchasing sustainable Fast-moving Consumer Goods, focusing on sustainable fresh fruits and vegetables and sustainable personal hygiene and beauty products. The research discusses the obtained results from 155 valid responses to a survey in the light of previous literature, presenting future research recommendations.
