Toda a terra: essa matéria obscura que faz nascer
| Resumo: | This dissertation's main objective is to present the inspirations and personal motivations of a body of artistic research in painting, based on a particular way of conceiving the Soil. Throughout the dissertation, we seek to explain our personal understanding of what is meant by Soil. It demonstrates, as far as possible, the personal way in which artistic creation is understood and how one can create from one's own vision. The essential points of what comes before and after the artistic creation are presented and, as far as possible, the personal way in which it is understood is exposed. There are many ways of doing and creating, those presented here are those possible for the author: the act of looking down, reflection on and during the Walk and a certain idea of breathing, of the movement back and forth. At the end of the dissertation, the exhibition Divina Terra is presented, an artistic project developed between 2023 and 2024 that embodies the practical component of this master's degree and reflects the spirit and artistic reflections exposed throughout this dissertation. |
