Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:At a time of change, the theologians of the Golden Age, particularly studied here (Francisco de Vitoria and Alfonso de Castro) knew how to respond from the whole man and discussion from the man (in his immanence and transcendence) to problems and practical challenges of his time; the need to form a new time legally (the problem of the law) as well as to understand the new business practices. This article presents the variation in the concept of law of both authors, with the general thesis behind human rights and laws.
